About the Role
Destination Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving Primary School in Barnet. Key Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and the wider school community.
Contribute to whole-school initiatives, clubs, and enrichment activities.
Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching in KS1 or KS2.
Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Has strong classroom management and a reflective teaching approach.
Is creative, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
