Primary School Teacher – KS2 Specialist Location: Worcester Start Date: November 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate) Pay: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term / Temp-to-Perm Inspire and Engage Young Learners in KS2 Are you a qualified Primary School Teacher with QTS, passionate about helping children thrive academically and personally? As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a central role in shaping the educational journey of pupils, helping them to build knowledge, confidence, and resilience. Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners. * Assessing and tracking progress to ensure every child reaches their potential, identifying where additional support or challenge is needed. * Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued, safe, and motivated to learn. * Embedding core skills in literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking. * Collaborating with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child’s development and well-being. * Contributing to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities, enrichment, and pastoral support. The Ideal Candidate Will… We’re looking for a teacher who has the passion and commitment to bring learning to life for KS2 pupils. The successful candidate will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. * Have experience teaching at KS2 level (Years 3–6). * Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and creative lesson planning. * Show excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies. * Be reflective and eager to engage in professional development. * Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
