The Role - LKS2 Teacher
As an LKS2 Teacher working through Academics, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Support pupils' progress in core subjects including reading, writing, and maths.
Use effective assessment strategies to monitor learning and inform next steps.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and parents to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Recent experience teaching in Year 3 or Year 4, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
A commitment to raising attainment and fostering a love of learning.
Excellent classroom management, subject knowledge, and communication skills.
