We are delighted to be working with a vibrant and inclusive two-form entry primary school located in central Birmingham. The school is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and fully qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS essential) to join their team from September 2025.

The Role
You will take full responsibility for a class in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (year group to be confirmed based on experience and preference). You’ll plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils

Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs, including SEN and EAL pupils
*
Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all children feel safe and valued
*
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress using a range of strategies
*
Work closely with year group partners and the wider teaching team for planning and assessment
*
Engage positively with parents and carers to support pupil learning and development
*
Contribute to the school community through clubs, trips, and enrichment activities
Requirements
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting children with SEN
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
