About the Role:
As a Primary School Teacher specializing in SEMH, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse emotional and behavioral needs. You will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, and work closely with school staff and external professionals to promote student well-being and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
Monitor and assess student progress, providing appropriate interventions
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall well-being of students
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children with SEMH or in a similar special education setting
Strong behaviour management skills and patience
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
