About the Role
Destination Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive Primary School in Barnet. Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across the primary age range.
Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to promote each child’s success.
Contribute to school activities, assemblies, and enrichment opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or classroom experience) are desirable but not essential.
