A welcoming and inclusive Special Educational Needs Primary school in Havant is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their vibrant team. This is a full-time role available immediately, ideal for someone committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for children with additional needs.
As an SEN Teacher, you’ll work alongside a skilled team including SENCOs, therapists, support assistants, and other education professionals. You'll play a vital role in delivering tailored lessons and building meaningful relationships that support both academic and emotional development.
SEN Teacher Role:
Located in a nurturing SEN Primary school in Havant
Planning and delivering lessons for small groups or 1:1 learners with complex needs
Pupils may present with Autism, ADHD and other additional needs
Temp-to-perm contract with potential for long-term career growth
Full-time position preferred
Competitive pay: £31,650 to £49,084 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for in a SEN Primary Teacher:
Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS), preferably with SEN experience
A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, ideally in an SEN or alternative provision setting
Strong classroom management and creative lesson planning skills

Have the right to work in the UK.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
