Job Description
Primary SEN Teacher (Autism) – Full Time, Term Time Only
Location: Haringey, London
Salary: MPS 1-5 (Dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist school in Haringey for pupils with Autism. This is a full-time, term time only position, ideal for a committed educator who thrives in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised teaching to students aged 4–11 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. You will play a key role in developing students’ communication, social and learning skills, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications without this cannot be considered
Experience working in a specialist SEN setting (Autism-specific experience highly desirable)
A sound understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
Right to work in the UK
