Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in NG19, Nottinghamshire. Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Implement individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and interventions tailored to pupils’ needs
Promote a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support learning and development
Requirements

Level 2/3 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
Experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and support pupils in a nurturing manner
Safeguarding & Compliance

Right to Work: Candidates must demonstrate a valid Right to Work in the UK
DBS: Must hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one before starting The cost of a DBS will be covered by the applicant
