SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary SEN School - Greenwich
Location: Greenwich, South East London

Daily Rate: £95 - £115 (depending on experience)
Remedy Recruitment is seeking a caring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary SEN school in Greenwich. The school supports children aged 5-11 with a variety of needs including ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
You will provide targeted support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop key skills, and build confidence in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with special educational needs in the classroom
Assist with delivering personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff
Requirements:
Previous experience working with primary-aged children with SEN
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
