At Pertemps Education, we proudly work alongside a number of wonderful Primary schools across West London who are looking to welcome skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for the new academic year.
About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in mainstream primary classrooms or within specialist resource provisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with a range of needs (e.g. autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, or sensory processing needs)
Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning activities
Supporting emotional, social, and academic development
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
A positive, patient, and caring attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children thrive
