Primary SEND Teacher (Small Classes)

Pay Scale: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a dedicated primary school in Brent seeking a compassionate and experienced SEND Teacher to work with a small group of 7 children with special educational needs.

Job Specification:
Plan and deliver individualized learning programs for a group of 7 SEND pupils.
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to implement EHCPs.

Participate in professional development opportunities related to SEND.
Candidate Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with children with special educational needs.
Knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
