About the role:
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and the chance to make a genuine difference in schools across Tipton?
Smile Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our trusted network, supporting a range of primary schools in the local area.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Adapt quickly to different school environments, following lesson plans and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, helping every child feel safe, supported and motivated to learn.
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, leaving a positive impact in each school you support.
Uphold school policies and always prioritise safeguarding.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s development.
Current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Smile Education).What we Offer:
