Deliver creative, engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2, following the school’s curriculum
Provide a nurturing and motivating learning environment for pupils of all abilities
Mark and assess work when required, ensuring continuity of learning
Adapt to different classroom settings, year groups, and school policies
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and safeguarding
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us)
Genuine passion for supporting young learners and enthusiasm for teaching
Experience and confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
