Heart of Supply is recruiting now for motivated, inspiring, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join us and support our brilliant partner schools across Lincoln. Whether you're looking for daily supply or a long-term role, we’ll work with you to find a role that fits your life, not the other way around.
About the school:
We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. Whether you’re passionate about early years, KS2, or supporting pupils with additional needs, we’ll match you with schools that align with your skills and values. As a Heart of Supply educator, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments.
What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Confidence teaching across different year groups and adapting to varied classroom environments
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, reassuring presence
* The ability to follow existing lesson plans and keep pupils engaged throughout the day
* Clear communication skills and the initiative to work independently in unfamiliar settings
* At least 6 weeks of teaching experience in UK schools
