Inspire Young Minds as a Primary Supply Teacher – Braintree
GSL Education is currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools in Braintree. This role offers flexibility and variety while making a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Follow school plans while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to staff and contribute to pupil progress tracking
• Adapt to different school settings and teaching styles as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and recent experience in a UK primary school
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
