Job Description
Coba Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Rugby and the surrounding areas. We are seeking adaptable individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom.
This role offers flexible working opportunities with a mix of daily cover, short-term placements, and long-term teaching assignments across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
Follow school policies and adapt quickly to different classroom environments
Maintain positive behaviour management and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils
Work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to a positive school atmosphere
Mark and assess pupils’ work when required (depending on assignment length)
Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through Coba Education)
Flexibility to travel to various schools across Rugby and nearby areas
