Primary Supply Teachers / Cover Staff
Location: Southampton
Salary: £130 - £150 per day (paid to scale if on long term assignment)

Academics are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers and PPA / Cover Staff to work in schools across the Southampton area. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day assignments or a more consistent long-term role, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your preferences.
As a Primary Supply Teacher or PPA Cover Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and ensuring students thrive academically. Primary Supply Teachers and PPA Cover Staff Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to primary-aged students in the absence of the class teacher.
* Provide PPA cover and maintain high-quality teaching standards across year groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
* Build strong relationships with students and staff across different schools.
* Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Ensure classroom resources are used effectively to enhance the learning experience.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive school environment, following safeguarding policies.
To be considered to join our team of Primary Supply Teachers you must:
Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Be experienced in teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Have good classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in lessons.
Ensure flexibility to adapt to new school settings and year groups.
Show commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering student success.
Live locally to Southampton or be willing to commute.
