Are you a caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work or a fixed long term role in Tamworth?
We are currently seeking reliable and proactive Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day support across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in friendly and inclusive primary school in the Tamworth area.
About the Role:
Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups
Work alongside class teachers to provide targeted support for individuals and small groups
Assist with classroom management, preparation of resources, and pupil engagement
Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs if required
Enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work on a week-by-week basis or choose a long term fixed role
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable
A flexible and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
