Primary teacher (with responsibility of maths)
A rated “GOOD” OFSTED Primary school located in East London are looking to appoint a class teacher with the responsibility of leading Maths from April 2026 or sooner. The school are in an exciting development period and have recent implemented interventions across KS2 to narrow gaps in learning.
The role:
In addition to general teaching responsibilities, you will be:
* Responsible for developing Maths throughout the school
* Monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning of Maths using data to implement whole school initiatives
* Demonstrate and model effective teaching strategies in Maths
* To support, develop and lead teachers in effective use of resources to improve progress and achievement for all pupils
We are looking for:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (essential)
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths
* Committed to ensuring a standard of quality teaching and learning
