Are you a qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for supporting pupils with complex needs? Looking for a flexible role where your expertise truly makes a difference?
We’re recruiting for a compassionate and skilled SEND Teacher to lead a small, specialist class in L15. You’ll work with pupils who require tailored support—autism, PMLD, SEMH, and other complex profiles—in a setting that values empathy, structure, and creativity.
What we’re looking for:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential

Proven experience in SEND, especially with complex needs

Confident in sensory regulation, communication strategies, and positive behaviour support

Adaptable, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice
