Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
A well-regarded primary school in Bushey is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join its team from January 2026. This long-term role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will lead an engaging and inspiring learning environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured, stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
Track pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
Promote high standards of behaviour and achievement
Collaborate with colleagues on planning, assessment, and curriculum development
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Contribute to enrichment activities and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (placements considered for ECTs)
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
Confident classroom management and reflective teaching practice
Passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
