About the Role
You will be:
Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive learning environment
Assisting with academic tasks across literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum subjects
Monitoring progress and providing valuable feedback to teachers
Building strong, nurturing relationships with pupils to create an inclusive, safe space
Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives
Key Responsibilities:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners
A passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
Flexibility, resilience, and creativity in your teaching approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
An Enhanced DBS check (support available)
Ability to travel between schools is desirable but not essential

Our daily rates & hours:
Fully Qualified Teachers: £163 – £238.18 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Cover Supervisors: £120 - £145 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
HLTAs: £110 - £120 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Teaching Assistants: £90 - £110 (depending on experience and qualifications)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
