Primary Teacher (Full-time Temporary)

Salary: £150–£220 per day
Education Personnel is supporting a primary school in the NG3 area of Nottingham to recruit a Primary Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a school recognised for its strong community engagement and positive pupil outcomes, with recent inspection judgements showing key areas such as quality of education, behaviour and personal development rated Good by Ofsted.
The school has recently broadened its curriculum offer, introducing new topic-based projects, practical learning opportunities and community partnerships that give pupils real-life experiences connected to their learning. Staff work closely across year groups to ensure consistency, and leaders place a strong emphasis on developing pupils’ confidence, resilience and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, following national curriculum expectations
• Build a classroom environment that supports curiosity and engagement
• Use assessment to track progress and adapt teaching
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning
• Work with support staff to provide consistent provision
• Take part in wider school activities, events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working in KS1 or KS2
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confident classroom management and clear communication
• Ability to support learners with a range of needs
• Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
