Your Role as a Primary Teacher
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Curriculum for Wales
Inspire pupils and support their learning and wellbeing
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil success
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NQTs welcome
Experience working within primary schools (supply experience valued)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners
