CER are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Primary Teachers to work temporarily within a Primary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to make a positive impact on the lives of students, then this role would be perfect for you

The Role

You will:

Teach an engaging and well‑structured curriculum
Planning and marking
Foster independence, resilience, and a love of learning
Build strong rapport with pupils and encourage their progress
Work closely with a collaborative team of staff
Use assessment effectively to inform planning and support each learner

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from teachers who are:

Qualified and confident delivering the curriculum (ECTs & experienced teachers welcome)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Further Education Qualification (QLTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous experience teaching in a UK based school is essential for this role and reference will need to be submitted
Strong communicators with excellent behaviour‑management skills
Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Able to inspire and motivate children of different abilities
