Simply Education are proud to be working in close partnership with a valued client to recruit a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) in the Pwllheli area with a view to go full-time 5days a week. About the role: This is a part-time role, requiring you to work 3 days per week, delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects such as English, Maths and Science (lower level / Funtional Skills / Level 1) You will benefit from very small class sizes of no more than 4 pupils, allowing you to provide highly personalised support and build meaningful relationships that positively impact each learner's progress and wellbeing. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with care, education, and clinical professionals to support the holistic development of each pupil. The school places a strong emphasis on creating a structured, nurturing environment that reduces barriers to learning and encourages personal growth. You will play a key role in helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and gain the skills they need to succeed both in education and within their wider community. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS A caring, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting young people Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH needs A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to the school's location)Benefits Small class sizes (maximum of 4 pupils), allowing for highly personalised teaching Excellent work-life balance with a part-time schedule (3 days per week) with a view to go perm 5 days a week.
