Job Description

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming primary school in the Worksop area that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher.

The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress and creating a supportive classroom environment. You will work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure pupils receive the best possible learning experience.

The successful Primary Teacher will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to raising attainment
