Full-Time KS1 Teacher needed for Summer Term 2 in Southampton

Teaching Personnel is currently working closely with one of our valued partner infant schools in Southampton, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 teacher to join their team as soon as possible for the remainder of the academic year.
This is a full-time role with no additional responsibilities beyond high-quality classroom teaching. It's an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner who thrives in a nurturing, child-centred environment and is ready to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development during the crucial final half-term.
About the Role:
Full-time KS1 class teacher position (Year 1 or Year 2, dependent on experience)
Immediate start (Summer Term 2)
No planning or leadership responsibilities outside of classroom teaching
Supportive leadership team and well-established routines in place
Competitive daily rate, weekly pay
About You:
A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
Recent or relevant experience in a KS1 setting
Confident in delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach to pupil wellbeing
Available to start immediately and commit through to the end of term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
