The School and Role
A primary school in Sunderland is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Supply Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will involve working with small class groups across a range of year levels, supporting pupils in their academic development and overall well-being.
As part of an established and supportive team, the successful Supply Teacher will deliver a broad curriculum, adapting lessons to meet the needs of individual learners. The school caters to pupils across the primary age range, so experience with multiple Key Stages is advantageous, and flexibility is essential
This is a long-term position starting in September 2025, with the potential to continue beyond.
Requirements
The desired Primary Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
