Position: Primary Teacher
Location: East Grinstead
Pay: M1–M6 (Paid to scale, pro rata if part-time)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and challenged
Assess and monitor pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and support staff
Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and personal development
Maintain strong classroom management using consistent and positive strategies
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers
Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing CPD opportunities
Promote the school’s ethos, values, and commitment to inclusive education
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices
Experience teaching in a primary setting (desirable – ECTs are welcome to apply)
A passion for working with children and supporting their progress holistically
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Creative, innovative, and reflective in your approach
Organised and able to manage time and responsibilities effectively
A positive attitude, with a genuine desire to make a difference
