Location: Bexhill
Pay: £120–£170 per day for day-to-day cover / Paid to scale for long-term roles
⏰ Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: Day-to-Day or Long-Term (Part-Time or Full-Time, Flexible)
Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements across a wide range of Primary and Secondary schools in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible Primary Teachers for September starts in the Bexhill area. Opportunities are available for both day-to-day general cover and longer-term contracts, with part-time and full-time options to suit your schedule.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for a better work-life balance, or an ECT/NQT keen to build experience across a variety of schools, this is a great opportunity to support local pupils and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons following the school’s curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
• Ensure equal access to learning opportunities for all pupils
✅ Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ️ A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
