Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic primary setting in Cambridge, seeking a committed and capable teacher to step into a full-time position on a one-year fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher who thrives in the classroom, values strong routines, and is ready to bring energy and structure to a supportive school environment.

The role at a glance:
One-year fixed-term contract from September 2025
Full-time teaching role in Key Stage 1 or 2
Based in Cambridge with good transport access
Open to experienced teachers and ECTs
Strong, well-organised leadership and supportive staff team
Structured induction and mentoring for ECTs
Paid to Scale from day 1 - MPS/UPS
