GSL Education is partnering with a fantastic primary school in Worthing to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2025.
About the Role:
Full teaching responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class
Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Contribute to planning, assessments, and school life as part of a collaborative teaching team
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs welcome
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
A creative, reflective, and organised approach to teaching
Strong classroom management and a nurturing presence
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding (training can be provided)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
