GSL Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join schools across Rotherham starting this September. Whether you’re seeking flexible day-to-day work or a long-term position, we have opportunities to suit your expertise and availability.
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress to inform effective teaching strategies.
Promoting excellent behaviour and fostering a love of learning.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and leadership teams.
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Skills & Requirements for Primary Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education.
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
