About the Primary Teacher role:
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 pupils
Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports student growth and learning
Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices
Ensuring the wellbeing and academic progress of all students in your class
Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
Primary Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in Year 3 (though not essential)
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Commitment to continuous professional development
