Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to make a difference in a supportive school setting?
GSL Education is seeking a Primary Teacher to join a school in St Leonards, welcoming children across the primary age range with a broad and balanced curriculum.
About the Role:
This is a teaching role focused on delivering high-quality education, managing classroom behaviour positively, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development. The school values collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to nurturing every child’s potential.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
Assess and track pupil progress and provide feedback
Work closely with colleagues and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes
Engage with parents and carers to support children’s learning and wellbeing
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching primary-aged children preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Calm, approachable, and adaptable to different learning needs
Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
What We Offer:
Daily pay of £120–£200 depending on experience
