GSL Education are currently seeking a Primary Teacher to join a mainstream primary school in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Teachers (QTS), Early Career Teachers (ECTs), or teachers with recognised overseas qualifications who are committed to delivering high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities for the Primary Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all pupils.
Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure strong pupil outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS, ECT status, or a recognised overseas teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in a primary setting (preferred but not essential for ECTs).
A strong understanding of the primary national curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
