Location: Worthing
Pay: £120–£200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Worthing.
The Role You'll be responsible for delivering engaging education to children aged 4-11, focusing on:
Creative curriculum delivery across all subjects
Building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy
Fostering curiosity and love of learning
Supporting children's social and emotional development
Your focus will be on creating memorable learning experiences, developing confident learners, and preparing children for their next educational steps.
You'll Be:
Planning and delivering inspiring lessons across Key Stage 1 & 2
Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet all needs
Building positive relationships with children and families
Working collaboratively with teaching teams and support staff
Contributing to the wider school community and events
We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and primary teaching experience
A creative, enthusiastic and child-centred approach
Someone who can inspire and motivate young learners
Strong classroom management and communication skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
