Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding lessons that inspire and challenge all learners
Use data and assessment to drive pupil progress and achievement
Create innovative, engaging learning experiences across the curriculum
Mentor and support teaching assistants and student teachers
Lead curriculum initiatives and contribute to school improvement
Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven primary teaching success
Demonstrated commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
Strong leadership potential and collaborative approach
Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to undertake relevant training
Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
