Are you an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher ready to inspire and motivate young learners? A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Worthing is looking for a talented educator to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners
Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in delivering the national curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2 - depending on placement)
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A child-centred approach and a genuine passion for teaching
