We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southwick that is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2025, delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
The Role:
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to wider school life
• Promote positive behaviour with a calm and consistent approach
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
• Strong classroom management and a nurturing, creative teaching style
• A team player with flexibility, initiative, and a growth mindset
• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential
