Job Description
A welcoming primary school in the Blackley area of North Manchester is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team immediately. This is an ongoing booking through supply, offering the right candidate the opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and vibrant school community. This is a full-time role and will pay to your scale point.
The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils in Year 5, ensuring progress across the curriculum and fostering a positive learning environment. Strong classroom management skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Support and challenge pupils to achieve their best, differentiating to meet a range of abilities.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and respect.
Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide the best outcomes for pupils.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
Hold a relevant Teaching qualification
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
