Reeson Education is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to take on a maternity cover role at a welcoming mainstream primary school in the M34 postcode area. This is a full-time, long-term Primary Teacher position, beginning after October half term - though the school would ideally like the right candidate to start earlier for a smooth transition and handover.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Lead a cheerful and enthusiastic Year 4 class
Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
Differentiate learning to support all abilities, including SEND and EAL pupils
Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to support pupil development
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
Contribute to the wider life of the school community
Commit fully to the class for the duration of the maternity cover
We're looking for a Primary Teacher who:
Is a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2
Has excellent curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills
Is adaptable, proactive, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils
Can inspire, motivate, and support children to achieve their best
Is committed to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
