A welcoming and ambitious primary school located in the heart of Gorton, Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 2 Teacher to join their team after the October half term break. This full-time role will continue until the end of the academic year, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a real difference to pupils at a crucial stage in their primary journey. The appointed teacher will: Take full responsibility for teaching a Year 2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Support pupils' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing, helping them prepare for the transition to Key Stage 2. Assess and track pupil achievement, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
