About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll be delivering high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum to pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You’ll be responsible for creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and motivated to succeed.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable experience and experienced teachers seeking a fresh, rewarding challenge.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum

Managing behaviour effectively to create a focused and respectful learning environment
*
Supporting the individual learning needs of all pupils, including those with SEND or EAL
*
Working closely with teaching assistants and school staff to ensure consistent support
*
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
*
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Have experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS1, KS2 or both)
*
Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
*
Be committed to delivering inclusive, engaging, and high-quality teaching
*
Be reliable, adaptable, and passionate about supporting every child’s learning journey
