A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and attachment theory is highly desirable. Excellent behaviour management skills, with a patient, calm, and resilient approach. Ability to build strong, positive relationships with vulnerable children and their families. Skilled in differentiating the primary curriculum to meet diverse learning needs. Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice. A genuine passion for supporting disengaged learners and helping them to re-engage with education. A robust understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
