Primary Teacher – Inclusive SEMH School (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Salary: MPR–UPR + SEN Allowance
Contract Type: Full-time, initially temporary with potential for permanent school contract

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our warm and supportive team at our SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school. The Role
You will:
Deliver creative, engaging primary curriculum lessons tailored to individual needs
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
Foster an environment where pupils feel valued, supported, and ready to learn
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support pupil progress and well-being
What They're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEMH needs
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to building strong, meaningful relationships
Desirable: Previous experience in a special school or SEMH setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
