About the Role As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development. You will work closely with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are encouraged to achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment * Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils * Assess and monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning * Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and achievement * Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs * Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers * Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff * Contribute to the wider life of the school and school activities * Promote pupils' confidence, independence and wellbeing * Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development * Follow school policies and contribute to the school's wider aims and ethos The Ideal Candidate Will Have * QTS or equivalent teaching qualification * Experience teaching within a primary school setting * Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum * A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development * Strong classroom management and communication skills * The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons * A positive, creative and child-centred approach * The ability to work effectively as part of a team * A commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils of all abilities * Applications welcomed from ECTs and experienced teachers * Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply If you are a passionate Primary Teacher or ECT looking for a supportive and welcoming school in Ealing, with opportunities to develop your teaching practice and progress your career, we would love to hear from you
