About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Support pupils' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing

• Use assessment to monitor pupil outcomes and plan next steps
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within the primary phase, ideally in Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for pupil achievement
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• A reflective, proactive, and flexible teaching approach
